Applications should include the following information:

  • Academic Transcripts (attended courses, ECTS credits, grades).
  • Resume (in German or English)
  • Letter of Motivation (in English)

Successful candidates are characterized by an interest in different disciplines, high motivation and learning ability. They have a sound chemical education and must fulfill the following conditions of admission:

80 ETCS points in chemical subjects
10 ECTS in biofabrication-relevant topics (eg polymer sciences, rheology, materials science, mathematics / modeling, computer science, mechatronics, physics, biochemistry, (molecular) cell biology)

Minimum level B1 for English, ideally C1 and above.
Interested candidates who do not meet these requirements are recommended to further inquire, or apply for a place in the subjects of functional materials or chemistry at the University of Würzburg.
